Job Description
Job Title: Farm Manager A dynamic and experienced leader is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests and delivering high-quality produce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, specifically in stone fruit or similar operations, with excellent leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the farm, including orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and business operations. Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring effective performance management and delegation. Develop and implement production plans to optimise yield and quality. Oversee crop production tasks, including irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and harvesting. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations. Experience in guest farm management is beneficial. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and management capabilities.
