Farm Manager - Heath Hill Farms (Yannathan, VIC 3981) Description Farm Manager – Heath Hill Farm, Yannathan, VIC We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Farm Manager to oversee operations on our Heath Hill Farm in the Yannathan, VIC (Postcode: 3981) area. As a Farm Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art, tunnel-ventilated broiler bird farms. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and operational metrics. Leading, training, and motivating a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in a professional and commercial environment. Driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices. Adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, including biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards. Building strong working relationships with company representatives and external stakeholders. Managing bird growing requirements using advanced shed management techniques. Ensuring farm presentation and standards remain at the highest level. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Experience managing broiler farm operations. Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to farm management. High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture. Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre-employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing). The right to work in Australia.
