ALLFENIX is a fast-growing global activewear brand based in St Kilda, Melbourne, and we’re looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to contribute your creativity and skills while working alongside talented designers. From brainstorming ideas to creating standout designs and tech packs, you’ll be an important part of bringing our collections to life. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain CAD product ranges for style files, presentations, wholesale accounts, and team use. Design t-shirt graphics (graphic design and basic drawing skills are a must). Build and maintain collection range boards. Develop detailed tech packs for manufacturers. Attend fittings with the design team and garment technician. Communicate daily with suppliers to manage the product development process. Keep track of all products and sampling timelines. Conduct trend research and create inspiration boards. Participate in design meetings with the team and Creative Director. Prepare and style samples for photoshoots. Keep the online wholesale platform updated with the current line plan. About You We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a fast-paced role in fashion design. You’ll need to collaborate with the team, manage deadlines, and contribute fresh ideas to our collections. What You’ll Bring: A strong eye for trends and design. 3-4 years’ experience in Fashion Design. Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims (activewear knowledge is a bonus!). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel. Strong graphic design and basic drawing skills. The ability to manage your time and work well under pressure. Accuracy, attention to detail, and great organisational skills. Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
