About the Company: This Women's Fashion Retailer is a one-stop shop that sells on-trend and affordable fashion for every occasion. This is an Australian Owned and Operated business that has been in operation for many years with x4 stores Nationally. About the Role: As the Store Manager, you will need to take a hands-on approach to every aspect of the store. You will be responsible for team management & development, implementing visual merchandising changes according to company guidelines, analysing stock line reports, and driving sales. Your management style will focus on training and developing your team while achieving store targets and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
