What You’ll Do : Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of state sales performance through the delivery of financial results and performance of the team against key objectives and sales targets. Lead & drive safety plans and initiatives to create a Business Unit-wide culture of empowerment, personal accountability, and preventative action. Uncover customer intelligence and form relationships that will get things done. Lead impactful individual development plans, be aware of each person's ambitions / personal goals, provide challenging and stretch tasks and assignments, hold frequent development discussions and provide feedback. Demonstrate great capacity and resourcefulness to uncover customer intelligence and form relationships that will get things done. Be responsible for a team of 5 direct reports, who are based in SA and WA. This role can be based in Perth or Adelaide. What You'll Bring : Strong strategic capability & business acumen. Track record in driving sustainable business growth as a sales leader. Demonstrated ability to deliver business results through others, hold the team accountable and be agile to course correct when required.
