Your role This position is a new addition to the Finance team, partnering with Supply Chain and is a hands-on Commercial Analyst role that offers the opportunity to shape processes and make a real impact. It will support improved financial performance and provide valuable insights to assist with decision making by delving into the data to provide key insights on performance and variance to plan with guidance, insights and recommendations to the Finance leadership team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role is responsible for elements of Supply Chain Finance P&L and supporting with monthly variance analysis, corporate Supply Chain reporting, budgeting & forecasting, standard costing and NPD costings. Critical to your success in the role will be your ability to leverage your strong business partnering skills to influence decision making, using data and insights to maximise business value. Key Responsibilities Support financial partnering elements of end-to-end Supply Chain functions (Operations, Warehousing, Distribution & Procurement) cost base to improve business performance and shareholder value Partner at site level with identified Supply Chain leadership team members and their teams to provide support, expertise, guidance to influence supply chain decisions Delivery of value-added, insightful and timely analysis on performance, drivers, opportunities for end-to-end supply chain optimisation and supporting business action plans Work collectively to execute and continuously improve standard costing, budgeting, variance forecasting, capital plans and Profit Improvement Plans (PIPs) Skills & Experience Degree in Commerce, Accounting &/or related discipline including financial management & accounting experience CA/CPA/CGMA/CIMA or studying towards Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous Demonstrated experience in strong business partnering including influencing and challenging decisions Strong commercial acumen, problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis How to apply We are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online! #J-18808-Ljbffr
