The Role: As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the finance and accounting function across the day-to-day operations of the Group. This is a critical communication role, with your persuasive skills being directed across the national operational network to implement standards and set Finance expectations. Key Responsibilities: Finance Leadership to coordinate and implement necessary standards, controls, policies, and procedures across the National network. Interact with Operational centres to support financial analysis, cost efficiencies, reporting, and enhance operational business. Conduct financial analysis across the national network and identify potential savings and variances to streamline best practices. Supervise and lead a small divisional finance area to ensure precise financial reports, forecasts, budgets, audits, and legal compliance. Manage the day-to-day operations with a focus on system stability, improving workflow efficiency, and performance enhancement. Manage corporate property investments and financial risks. Relevant Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Senior Accountant in a fast-growth business. Demonstrated history of managing a team and successfully steering the implementation of finance standards. Solid understanding of accounting principles with professional CPA/CA qualifications. Hands-on approach with relentless support to all your team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
