We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Nick Auditore Represents (NAR). In this role, you will be providing financial support for the Lids and NBA Store operations in Australia - a globally recognised sports wear apparel brand. As part of the NAR team, you'll report to the Finance Director but work closely with the Lids and NBA Store Leaders to ensure financial integrity and deliver key insights for the business. In this role, you’ll handle management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, compliance, and business partnering, providing financial support to both Lids and NBA Store. You will leverage your strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional financial support for the Lids business. Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you'll be agile in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving requirements. What you’ll do: Develop management packs, deliver P&L insights, and collaborate with key stakeholders to address inquiries and support the planning and development of business goals. Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, including management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flows. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. Manage AP/banking functions and ensure accurate reconciliations. Process payroll and manage compliance reporting (e.g., Payroll Tax, PAYG, Workers Comp). Complete monthly reconciliations with supporting documentation. Support external audits and ensure compliance with AASB standards. Automate reporting, enhance processes, and maintain financial controls. Provide transactional and peak-period support across the finance team. What you’ll have: Qualifications: CPA/CA qualified with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Technical Expertise: Proficient in management accounting, compliance, and reporting, with advanced MS Excel skills. Apparel 21 experience is advantageous. Analytical Abilities: Skilled in problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpreting financial data. Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Personal Attributes: Highly organised, adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused. This role will support Lids and NBA Store while being part of the wider Nick Auditore Represents (NAR) team.
