About the role We are seeking a Finance Manager (Operations) to join our team on a 12-month+ contract. In this role, you will be a business partner to operational leaders, providing actionable insights to drive performance and strategic decision-making. The responsibilities of the role will include: Lead and manage a team of five finance professionals, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture Enhancing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver financial and commercial insights that influence decision-making and improve outcomes Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely performance reports, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts Provide financial analysis for capital expenditure, supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives About your experience Candidates will hold a CA/CPA qualification with commercial finance and business partnering experience. Candidates will also demonstrate: Proven people management experience, including leading and mentoring small teams Ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively Experience with SAP, TM1, Tableau, or Power BI Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production industries will be beneficial Familiarity with product costing or activity-based costing (ABC) implementation In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police check, credit check, bankruptcy check.
