They are looking to bring in a strategic finance operations leader to drive continuous improvement across AP, AR and Treasury. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for: Overseeing AP and AR teams, to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers Overseeing the Group's treasury functions including cash-flow (liquidity) management, hedge instruments and external borrowings Financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivable to reduce the group's cost of funding by way of reducing external borrowing Implementing and maintaining internal controls and compliance with financial regulations Driving continuous improvement initiatives: ensuring process documentation within P2P, implementing debtors reporting, and review of treasury function to limit interest exposure Business partnering and building cross-functional relationships (finance, IT, HR, auditors, bankers) The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced finance operations leaders with a genuine passion for driving process improvement and change management.
