About the role Reporting into our Head of Group Transformation, this role will be responsible for the design and establishment of the Group Strategy Delivery Office Financial framework and associated governance, collaborating with the functional Finance, FP&A, and Capital teams to align outcomes on objectives and key results. This role will see you support the corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting activities as they relate to the transformation portfolio and programs run from the Strategy Delivery office, as well as provide financial input into the group-level portfolio roadmap including sequencing of programs to manage incremental value and financial shape. Please note that this opportunity is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover. You will also: Design and roll out of the quarterly portfolio financial health dashboard Identify and drive execution of opportunities to improve ROI and Payback across the strategic transformation portfolio Support the development of strategy, insights, and holding appropriate functional and finance teams to account for performance outcomes for Value across the strategic transformation portfolio Document and present at FLT sessions to ensure awareness and alignment of key activities Consider end-to-end impacts of proposed recommendations and ensure cross-functional alignment on financial outcomes Establish and enforce governance structures to ensure accountability and risk mitigation across all strategic programs About you and your skills Our ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic planning, able to develop and manage long-term program roadmaps aligned with business priorities and financial outcomes. You will also have experience in portfolio management, resource allocation, and managing large, complex program pipelines. You’ll also have: CA or CPA qualified Proficiency in program management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile) preferable Ability to use data and analytics to drive insights across the transformation value chain, improving strategic decision-making and performance Experience in anticipating industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance portfolio/program financial management Skilled at monitoring and managing risks, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of initiatives Expertise in identifying transformative opportunities and leading teams to take calculated risks that align with strategic objectives What’s in it for you?
