We continually strive to help our workforce achieve their professional goals, engaging them in challenging and inspiring projects that shape our company’s future as we deliver our products to our customers.Benefits Structured friendly and supportive team Learning and development opportunities Opportunities for further career development An attractive and competitive remuneration package Description: The Finance Officer is a hands-on role responsible for providing support to the Accounts Payable Team Leader with responsibilities including accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, staff reimbursements & travel reconciliations.Primary Duties: The key accountabilities include but are not limited to: Invoice Management: Keeping track of new invoices, timely processing of invoices & resolving invoice issues with related stakeholders. Supplier Management: processing supplier payments, reconciling supplier statements and producing required reports and attending to supplier queries promptly and professionally. Reconciliation & Receipt Management: Employee Reimbursements, travel, per diems, Credit Cards. Assistance to staff on general enquiries related to creditors, reimbursements and general invoice status. Assist with external audits for both half-year and full-year accounts. Skills and Experiences: To be successful in this role you should have: 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience Be familiar with Epicor or comparable finance ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) How To Apply If you are willing to take on a challenge and want to contribute to a proud Australian company that is growing rapidly then we would like to hear from you.
