Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring timely completion within SLAs. Manage workflow approvals for new customer accounts, pricing, and credit limits. Execute monthly invoicing, revenue actualisation, and debtor management processes. Oversee the Purchase Order approval process, resolving issues with the Business Operations Manager. Own expense management and compliance reporting. Maintain and improve operational documentation and Confluence pages. Collaborate with finance teams for revenue, margin, and expense reporting. Provide ad-hoc analysis, procurement advice, and cost approval support. Desired Skills and Attributes: 4+ years of operations or operational finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. CPA/CA qualified or currently pursuing certification. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills essential. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
