The Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our Work Dynamics team. Leveraging your extensive experience in business reporting and business processes, as Finance & Performance Manager, your key role will be to drive the successful delivery of the financial services under the contract and preparation of budgets, forecasts, month end reporting, actuals to budget/forecast analysis including identification of variance drivers for management reporting to contribute to the development and maintenance of a superior client service delivery culture within the account team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Own and manage the operational finance function, profitability and client deliverables associated with the contract. Manage Senior Client and Finance relationships and partner with Account Director. Oversight of offshore finance service centre and associated AP/AR function for the account. Support Account Director in managing Contract Variations and Negotiations including contract interpretation and compliance covering amendments, scope management, savings glide paths, reporting and invoicing. Support and work with Procurement in procuring vendors and vendor maintenance. Monitor the profitability of the account and flag risks / opportunities on a timely basis. Maintain JD Edwards general ledger and ensure appropriate controls are being monitored. Own the delivery of periodic finance reporting – internally and externally to the client. Monitor cost recoverability and impact on financial performance. Support, encourage and drive the pursuit of continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the client as well as for JLL. What you will bring: Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role. Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or commerce or other related field. Qualification as CPA, CA or equivalent preferred. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (MS Project and/or Visio experience is an advantage). Property industry experience. Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of IT systems. A thorough understanding of how to interpret stakeholders’ needs. Strong detailed cost management experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience of Budget management. Demonstrated proactive & professional approach to customer service.
