Role details The Finance Management at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Finance Unit Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity To provide and undertake a diverse range of confidential administration support services to the Mackay HHS Finance Department. This position will operationally report to the Director Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Services, Mackay HHS. About The Team The Corporate Services, Finance team provide support to the entire Mackay HHS, and has interface with multiple internal Mackay HHS and external departments including Executive office, Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services, rurals and all divisions with Mackay HHS as well as external vendors. About Our Hospital And Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
