Finance and Insurance Assistant / Trainee Audi Centre Perth is offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated New Vehicle Sales Team as a Finance and Insurance Assistant. The position provides a great opportunity for the right candidate to be trained by our Finance and Insurance Manager. Initially, you will be responsible for compiling and verifying loan documentation, building towards a long-term career pathway within the Automotive Industry as a Finance and Insurance Manager. The successful applicant needs to be motivated and driven as an upper quartile performer with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a Team Player. What's on offer? Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage customer expectations during application process through inbound and outbound interactions, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst meeting Service Level requirements. Proactively keep customers and sales staff informed of loan progress and outcomes, completing follow-up calls to progress loan applications to settlement as required. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements. Compliance with privacy laws.
