Working exclusively with Ferntree Gully Toyota, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting Electric Vehicle brand in Australia. About This Role: Be a Finance and Insurance expert. Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism. Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all. Work inclusively to coach and mentor your team, bringing everyone on the learning journey together. Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritize the important tasks and ensure that you settle finance applications on time, with a meticulous focus on compliance. Be agile and flexible to change, things move quickly here. Must-Have: Have an Inclusive attitude! Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset. Current FSRA and financier accreditation. Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles with integrity. Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s licence.
