An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administration Officer to join their high-performing finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role offers excellent exposure to various aspects of financial operations. Key responsibilities include: Execute end-to-end accounts payable processes, leveraging automated systems to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Drive continuous improvement in vendor management processes and maintain supplier relationships. Perform detailed reconciliations and maintain data integrity across financial systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and resolve queries. Generate and analyse financial reports to support decision-making. Monitor and report on key supplier metrics and cost variations. Support month-end processes. Participate in process improvement projects and system implementations. To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment in accounts payable, preferably within a blue-chip company. You will also have a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail, and value working in a co-operative and driven team environment.
