The team manages Financial Control across Finance Operations, partnering with multiple business units across the bank. THE CANDIDATE The right candidate will be confident in their approach and comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business units: Financial Accountant (CA/CPA) within Financial Services Ideally worked within a Controls role Skilled in; Data warehousing, automation & process improvement Impeccable communication skills Experience working in a large corporation Proven experience driving change Proven experience working on projects THE ROLE Whilst this is a Financial Control role, it's highly project-oriented & will see you working hands-on to: Drive transformation Support operational excellence Redesign & optimise processes Partner & collaborate with the business Provide in-depth accounting expertise THE CULTURE The manager of this team instills a positive, supportive & flexible working environment.
