Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and overall financial governance.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the administration and finance team Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning Monitor daily financial operations and address budget variances Ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions Collaborate with department managers to optimise financial performance Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management About You To be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant accounting qualifications (CPA or CA preferred) Proven leadership experience within a dealership or automotive finance setting Strong knowledge of dealership financial operations and DMS software (Pentana preferred) High level of computer literacy , including Microsoft Office and financial systems Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a management team How to Apply If you’re a results-driven finance professional looking to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
