Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for financial crime prevention? As an ECDD Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' gaming finance operations meet the highest standards of compliance. You will conduct in-depth customer due diligence, analyze high-risk transactions, and work closely with internal teams to mitigate financial crime risks. Key Responsibilities Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, identifying potential financial crime risks. Analyze customer profiles, source of wealth, and transaction patterns to detect suspicious activities. Review and assess AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) risks associated with high-value players. Ensure compliance with local and international gaming finance regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, and Fraud teams, to escalate red flags and enhance controls. Keep up to date with changes in financial crime regulations affecting the gaming and gambling sector. What We’re Looking For At least 5+ years experience in Enhanced Due Diligence (ECDD), Financial Crime, AML, or Compliance—ideally within gaming, fintech, or banking. Knowledge of risk-based approaches to AML and customer risk profiling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial documents and transaction data. Understanding of regulatory frameworks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple investigations simultaneously. Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) are a plus. Be part of a growing sector where compliance is at the forefront of business success.
