Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Job Location: In-Person - Sydney, Australia Role Type: Full-Time About the Company: Our client is one of Australia’s fastest-growing specialist private lenders and finance broking firms. With over 200 lenders, they help businesses access fast and easy financing for business, investment, and property development. They offer a quicker, less complicated alternative to traditional banks, matching clients with the right lenders to help them succeed. Job Description: As a Financial Lending Sales Consultant, you will: Target and achieve new business revenue annually by successfully closing business loans. Utilize warm leads to manage the loan process from initial contact to final settlement, averaging 5 calls per day. Deliver an average of 9 settled loans monthly, with loan brokerage fees ranging from $6K to $10K. Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and identify appropriate funding solutions tailored to their goals. Manage client accounts to foster repeat business and actively re-engage with previous leads. Participate in daily morning huddles at 8:30 AM, submit end-of-day reports, and ensure all projections are accurately tracked and CRM systems are consistently updated. Compensation: On-target earnings are $175,000- $300,000 AUD per year including a base salary of $120,000 AUD. We’re looking for candidates who: Open to an in-person role within reasonable commuting distance of Sydney location. Background in finance or lending, preferably in the private lending space. Sales experience with a successful track record a must. Open to working 40 hours a week, in office.
