What does the job look like? Linfox is looking for experienced Fleet Controllers to join our team based in Chullora on a Permanent Full-time basis. As part of these roles you will be primarily responsible for coordinating company and subcontractor vehicle operations for the pickup and delivery of customer product in line with expectations. These roles are accountable for bookings and paperwork to enable these deliveries. The role is also a support to the general operational and administrative requirements of the branch, including updating and managing TMS and production of KPI data. Both roles will be working Monday to Friday between 8am - 4pm or 11am to 7pm. Key areas: Develop and maintain the most efficient fleet solutions for Linfox and its customers that meet or exceed commercial and operational imperatives Communicate with drivers to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations & safety/compliance guidelines Escalating any service or safety incident to Supervisor on shift Develop utilisation and deployment plans that reflect real time fleet capability. Update KPI dashboards communicated to key stakeholders within the Linfox business. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Coordinate the maintenance schedule to ensure maximum fleet utilisation and minimum disruption to operations.
