About the roles: We are currently seeking a Site Inventory Controller to lead a small team of 1-2. You will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for the following: Ensure inventory management excellence Supply chain optimization Innovative warehouse design and planning Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement Client relationship management Team leadership and development Waste elimination To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: Proven experience in inventory management 3PL experience and WMS skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. Proficiency in inventory management software and technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Leadership experience, including team management and development. In-depth knowledge of supply chain dynamics and best practices Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are also seeking an Inventory Assistant who will be responsible for the following: Be the "Go To" person for day to day inventory issues. Resolve & adjust SOH records. Identify reason for error and rectify/train. Undertake cycle counts, record outcome and report to relevant supervisors and managers Plan, conduct and/or supervise customer stock takes Responsible for clearing 'Quarantine' location(s) of products with integrity issues or assessed unsaleable. Assist Supervisors with operational issues pertaining to inventory. Undertake stock reconciliations resulting from monthly / weekly / daily comparison of client SOH in Manhattan to clients own SOH records for each client as per their SOP. Rectify any discrepancies physically and in Manhattan. Report results to relevant supervisors and managers Regularly check & confirm that all replenishments and stock transfers are properly scanned to maintain stock integrity Provide required data for Customer Service KPI report preparation Ensure all stock integrity issues are addressed and rectified ASAP, unless otherwise specified. Ensure Customer Service is provided with requested data to enable resolution and advise customer ASAP Implement new client set up in WMS and support process changes You will need to possess the following: Previous experience in a 3PL (multi-customer) environment within an inventory control function WMS and RF Scanning skills Competency in MS Office Suites If you are interested in either of these roles please follow the prompts and apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
