This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW. This role should appeal to those fleet schedulers and coordinators who have exposure to fleet control management, servicing, and ensuring a large fleet of 4WD's, prime movers, light vehicle fleet and associated equipment are available on time, and in the right condition. We have a great opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join the team in Buronga (Mildura) NSW. FIFO is available for a “tick all boxes” candidate, however the preference is to support the Mildura community by providing an opportunity for a local. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the effective and efficient scheduling of our heavy transport fleet. Work in a team and collaborate with Project Managers to arrange on time deliveries. Organising trucks for local and remote project activity. Collaborate with workshop teams regarding repairs and scheduled maintenance for transport fleet. Commit to implementing Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations, Chain of Responsibility, and all other legislative requirements. Maintain equipment registers and use our scheduling software to organise drivers, trucks, and maintenance. Ensure complete compliance for vehicle registration payments. Monitor and report on KPIs and ensure continued and improved service delivery for the project team. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience Experience with just in time deliveries Good organisation and prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain rapport with people of all backgrounds. Experience with maintenance and fatigue accreditation schemes and compliance Completed, or able to complete, TLIF0001 Chain of Responsibility and uphold an attitude that prioritises safety in the workplace. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Previous experience in transport scheduling and use of Fleet Management Software We’re building a diverse workforce.
