With 517 refurbished rooms, 12 conference rooms, and multiple food and beverage outlets. We are on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Supervisor , who will be primarily responsible for leading and supporting the events team. This emerging leader will know how to motivate a team, make genuine connections with guests, and extend assistance to other operations where needed. Job Description Full-time role, with varying shifts across all 7 days Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficiently Lead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests Problem-solving – you never know what’s going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issues Liaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when needed Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team Qualifications Prior experience in Food & Beverage service – with an events and conferencing background being highly advantageous Hold a valid RSA – essential Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guests A team player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability to different situations Someone who can lead by example, as well as positively influence and motivate the team Additional Information In return , we will provide you with the following: Discounted on-site parking 50% off staff meals Accommodation & restaurant discounts worldwide! 24/7 access to EAP Access to training programs using industry-leading platforms Located right next to central station for easy access to public transport.
