Our mission is to make a positive impact on the health of our customers and the planet by offering a wide range of sustainable and delicious options.This Role Will Require You To The Production Assistant plays a pivotal role in daily production operations, with a primary focus on operating and managing packaging machinery. This entails setting up and running designated packaging machines and statistical weighers to ensure the efficient packaging of high-quality products on a daily basis. Set up, operate, and monitor machines during production. Organise materials for processing and packaging. Carry out clean downs of the process/production area and machines according to procedures. Identify and report faults. Carry out equipment preventative maintenance. Batch mix ingredients. Work various production lines across our facility (as required). Comply with HACCP & GMP practices. Ensure product quality, complete quality checks accurately and consistently. Be a part of the general periodical plant and equipment cleaning. To Be Successful For This Role You Must Have a great attitude, excellent work ethic, genuine desire to operate to a high standard. Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg, stand for the entire length of shift and be okay with stairs. Have experience operating powder auger fillers, ribbon blenders and linear weigh head machines, is desirable. Be okay with working in dusty/powder environments. Available to work any shift assigned (Monday-Friday). Shift hours are 6:30am - 3:30pm. Have a good level of English (read/understand/write). Be willing to work in a team. Attention to detail, accuracy, organized. Ideally, have food production experience.
