About the Role: Play a key role in supporting the Production Manager to drive smooth order execution of raw materials and finished goods. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, tackling quality and logistics challenges while keeping everything on track with accurate record-keeping and on-time product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Place and track finished goods orders with factories, ensuring order acknowledgement and product specs are met. Collaborate with key stakeholders to upload product specifications before order placement. Maintain accurate records of orders, lead times, and delivery schedules. Manage raw material orders based on production needs and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, track shipments, and implement corrective actions. Salary: $60,000-$90,000 + super (depending on experience) Location: South Brisbane (on-site) Hours: 38 hour week, Monday-Friday Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a production coordination - specifically within the uniform or school wear space is highly regarded, but open to other product types Energetic, positive and driven individual High attention to detail Proficiency in Salesforce / Microsoft and Google Suite preferred Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to collaborate effectively with both in-office and remote team members APPLY NOW or feel free to submit your resume via email to #J-18808-Ljbffr
