Day-to-day running of food & beverage outlets. Assist in the management of staff including training and rostering. Monitoring stock and assisting with monthly stocktake. Complaint resolution and monitoring guest feedback. Ensuring OH&S and Food Safety standards are upheld. More About You Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality. Ability to lead and motivate teams in fast paced environments. Exposure to staff training and rostering. Knowledge of HACCP requirements. Must hold RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates.
