About The Role We are seeking an experienced Hospitality professional to join our team. Opening in May 2025, we are looking for truly passionate Food and Beverage professionals for our luxury resort and lodge in Monarto. Your days might include: A la carte restaurant service Bar and lounge service including table service About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service; Hotel experience is advantageous while not essential; Have fine dining or a la carte experience, recognized for strengths in guest service - you see everything through a guest-centric lens; Have an energetic and fun approach to work; Show a commitment to our luxury brand; Have availability to work flexible shift patterns including weekends; Have required safety certifications like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain).
