About the Role Multiple opportunities exist for experienced and passionate Chefs to join Monarto Safari Resort. You would be responsible for the high quality preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings. We have full time, part time and casual roles available. Some of your responsibilities will include: Preparation of unique menu, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction; Maintaining levels of stock and inventory; Hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas; and Compliance with HACCP About You To be successful in this role you are passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
