Founding Member - Early Product Development We are an early-stage startup building a revolutionary platform for authentic thoughts—a place where users can share and consume genuine, unscripted ideas without judgment or the addictive nature of traditional social media. We’re aiming to solve major issues like content polarization, mindless consumption, and lack of authenticity in today's digital spaces. If you have the skills, time, and drive to be part of something from the ground up, we would love for you to join our team as a key founding member. What is the Product? Our product is a platform for authentic thoughts . It’s a space where users can express and explore ideas without fear of judgment or the overwhelming pressure of curated content. By removing personalized, addictive content feeds, we aim to create a new economy where thoughts themselves are valued and rewarded. What Problems Are We Solving? The addictive, algorithm-driven nature of current social media platforms. A lack of authentic, meaningful content. The absence of a platform where thoughts can be freely shared without fear of backlash or misinterpretation. Our Solution: We plan to eliminate edge-weighted algorithms that push personalized content, encouraging mindless consumption and contributing to polarization. Instead, we will create a new "thought trade economy" where users can earn rewards for their authentic ideas, and everyone will encounter a diverse range of thoughts rather than an echo chamber. What We Need: We are looking for a Founding Member to help us take this idea and turn it into a working product. If you're someone with strong development skills, a passion for building innovative solutions, and the desire to be a part of something meaningful, we want you on our team. You'll be the third key member, working directly with the co-founders to build the app from the ground up. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with the founding team to build and iterate on the app from the initial wireframe to a working product. Develop intuitive, lightweight, and scalable features for the platform. Contribute to shaping the product’s user experience and core functionality. Help with design decisions, keeping the product simple and accessible. Take ownership of your work and contribute to the overall vision of the company. Who You Are: You are passionate about creating meaningful, authentic digital experiences. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive in an early-stage startup environment. You have experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android), front-end and back-end technologies, or both. You are willing to take risks, learn quickly, and iterate as you go. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about being part of something new and bold.
