The Role: Manage the franchise sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Enhance lead generation and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support network growth through agent growth, mergers and acquisitions, and identifying franchise development opportunities. Develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns. The Candidate: Demonstrated success in a franchise development role in either the real estate, finance, or service industries. Results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
