Front Counter Service Advisor - North of River Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Front Counter Service Advisor to join our busy tyre & auto store on Wanneroo Road. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a knack for problem-solving, and are ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival. Provide advice and recommend products and services to meet customer needs. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude. Process customer orders, sales transactions, and payments accurately. Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain a clean, organised front counter and reception area. Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of tyres, automotive services, and products is an advantage (training can be provided). Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Duration & Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pmSaturdays 8am to 12pm Initially the position would be on a contract basis, to cover leave however this is a strong possibility of a permanent full time contract to the right applicant.
