About the Role We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused professional to join Cody Corporation as aSales & Customer Service Specialist. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takesownership and accountabilityin their work, thrives on delivering outstanding service, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As theface of our front counter, you’ll assist customers, process orders, and support sales administration while also ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. If you’re open-minded, coachable, and eager to take responsibility for your success, we’ll providefull training and ongoing support to help you grow. What You’ll Be Doing Taking ownership of sales inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring seamless transactions. Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an outstanding service experience. Managing sales administration, maintaining accurate records, and working within our CRM system. Proactively identifying opportunities toincrease sales and improve customer satisfaction. Assisting with stock management, order processing, and keeping the warehouseorganised and efficient. Holding yourselfaccountable for meeting targets and contributing to team success. Collaborating with the team toimprove processes, drive business growth, and exceed expectations. Embracing training, feedback, and continuous improvement with acoachable and adaptable mindset. What We’re Looking For Asales-driven professional with strong customer service skills. Aproactive, accountable, and organised mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly. A team player who thrives in afast-paced, high-energy environment. Someone whotakes responsibility for their work and consistently delivers results. A coachable attitude, eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Previous experience insales, retail, customer service, or administration is essential. Warehouse or inventory experience is a bonus, butwe’ll provide full training.
