Front End Development Lead Corporate Services Information Technology East Melbourne Full Time, Fixed Term 21/2/2025 Full Time / Fixed Term opportunity until 31 October 2025, East Melbourne Office $140,594 + 14% Super Flexible work arrangements, 17.5% annual leave loading, 14% Super + additional paid leave over Christmas Leading National Health and Education member-based organisation About the role As our Front-End Development Lead, you’ll oversee a team of developers responsible for creating and maintaining RACGP's web applications and digital assets. They uphold best practices in UX/UI design, Agile development, and DevOps processes. Reporting to the Development Manager, the lead collaborates closely with IT, business stakeholders, and designers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.As our Front End Development Lead you'll also: Lead and mentor the Front-End Development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering, Agile, and SDLC. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement user-centric web applications, integrating cloud-based technologies like Azure. Oversee the deployment, release management, and maintenance of digital assets and web applications. Facilitate technical grooming, code reviews, and solution design to ensure scalable and efficient software solutions. Skills & Experience Proven background developing front-end solutions with at least 10+ years experience. Expertise in .NET Core, React, and cloud-based technologies like Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies. Solid background in UI/UX design and integrating complex systems. Why Join Us?
