A few of your responsibilities: Complete the registration of guests details upon check-in Secure payment Issue room keys Add relevant charges to guests' accounts Respond to reservation requests efficiently What are we looking for: Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded) Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds Outstanding presentation and communication skills About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
