Our collaborator is a reputed 3 stars beachfront hotel located in the province of Girona, Catalonia. Its perfect location and astonishing view makes it a popular destination for tourists from all over the world who appreciate the beautiful position and the qualified staff. They are looking for candidates to join their team in the Front Office and F&B departments during the summer season. Position 1: Front Office Main Tasks: Check In / Check Out Receiving clients and all tasks related to it Support and customer information at the reception Perform procedures related to the occupation and sales rooms Custodian valuables and money deposited, safe hiring Billing and cashing, as well as foreign exchange Receive, process and direct customer complaints to appropriate services Deposit towels Provide information to customers about the island Answering reception’s phones Requirements: Fluent French Spanish intermediate English would be a plus Internship Hours: 40h / weekBenefits: Full board (accommodation plus food) + 300 € pocket money Position 2: F&B Management Tasks: Assist in day-to-day operations of the concession stands Assist in the operations of Suite service and Catering Provide excellent customer service Assist in ordering inventory Learning, operating, and troubleshooting our Point-of-Sale system, along with generating reports Assisting with scheduling game-day staff Keeping concession stands organized and customer friendly Assist in other areas when needed Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and the Kitchen/Catering Manager on events, inventory, and month end financials Requirements: Fluent in French Spanish intermediate English would be a plus Benefits: Full board (accommodation plus food) + 300 € pocket money.
