About the Role We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Frontline Innovation Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Frontline Capacity & Innovation Lead, you will play a key role in managing and driving the identification, research, and implementation of improved work practices and cutting-edge technologies. You will lead complex and high-impact projects and provide technical expertise to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams, including Innovation Consultants, Networks Assurance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Guide and support frontline staff through the implementation of new technologies and equipment, ensuring optimal integration and long-term use across business operations. Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis to validate the expected impact and value of new projects. Drive the identification, research, and successful execution of innovative work practices and technological advancements. Develop, monitor, and deliver project plans to ensure successful on-time and on-budget project execution. Create and deliver high-level briefs, project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of project plans and maintaining the master planner schedule; this will include tasks such as integrating and updating requirements and tracking delivery dates, lags and barriers and ensuring those responsible for these work areas are updated. About you This position will require an individual experienced with a proven track record in managing complex projects and collaborating across various business units to leverage technology for operational improvements. With strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, you excel in driving transformation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in coordination and logistics in a complex project environment within a large organisation. Degree qualification in Business Management or experience deemed equivalent. Well-developed oral and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships. Experience in management system implementation and process improvement, preferably within a service delivery organisation. Preparing analysis that identifies issues, trends, drivers and links to internal and external customer needs and risks.
