Full Time Physio Wanted in Busy Victoria/Langford Clinic Motus Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated full-time physiotherapist to become a part of our first-class health care team, which serves the residents of Victoria’s Westshore and beyond. Due to our clinic’s tremendous growth, we are seeking excellent practitioners to add to our experienced and respected team. The successful applicant will immediately inherit a caseload, as we are currently over capacity. We are interested in hearing about any of your clinical interests, including vestibular, hand therapy, concussion management, or anything else that sets you apart from the crowd. What we offer: Guaranteed caseload Signing bonus A purpose built 3,000 square foot clinic with a fully equipped gym Private & spacious treatment rooms One-on-one treatment sessions Mentorship! On staff, we have a National Orthopaedic Division award-winner who acts as our ‘Clinical Educator’, and provides regular training opportunities for all our therapists. Online charting & booking (Jane) Direct billing to many extended health plans & 3rd party billers No WorkSafe BC caseload, as we have opted out of working with WSBC A generous contract, with pay commensurate with experience Long-term opportunities for income growth Modalities, including Shockwave Therapy A warm, welcoming environment & a friendly front desk staff About us: Our current clinicians include FCAMPTs, Sport Physiotherapists, Pelvic Health therapists, Vestibular therapists, IMS providers, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists Our clinicians have experience as staff with the Victoria Shamrocks, Athletics Canada, Rugby Canada, Golf Canada, Canadian Sport Institute Pacific, McMaster University’s School of Physiotherapy, and many more sport and educational organizations We have strong community partnerships with several sport teams and academy programs We meet as a clinic regularly, for rounds and continuing education opportunities Our full-time Office Manager ensures timely billings and collections, so clinicians can focus on their work We pride ourselves on our workplace culture, and strive to create a clinic that’s a great place to thrive both professionally and personally We value face time with our patients, and book 30 minutes or longer one-on-one appointments We are located in the heart of Langford, the fastest growing community in BC The ideal applicant is a physiotherapist, licensed or eligible for licensing in BC, who believes in movement as a healing modality, and is motivated to build a diverse caseload in a dynamic clinic.
