Job Description

About Northbridge Golf Club is seeking to employ a Functions and Restaurant Manager full-time. The club is located on the lower North Shore of Sydney 10 minutes from the CBD. The club has a busy public access golf course, vibrant functions business and a restaurant open for lunch seven days a week and Friday evenings. The restaurant and function room enjoy golf course and middle harbour water views. The role The successful candidate would work independently and possess the ability to take responsibility for the successful execution of the restaurant and its functions. The ideal candidate would have: Knowledge and experience in a similar role. Passion for providing quality customer service. Interest in growing and improving the current offering. The responsibility to complete senior-level tasks. Willingness to work varied shifts across the 7 day roster. Main responsibilities for this role include: Oversee the successful operation of the functions and restaurant business. Be the point of contact for all functions bookings. Management of casual function and restaurant staff. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction leading to continued growth of the functions and restaurant business. Coordinate with bar and kitchen staff to deliver smooth execution of catering events. Work with management and accounts to produce strong financial outcomes for your area of responsibility.
