Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management Build and manage high level relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage client relationships to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction to deliver complex product and service solutions. Produce accurate reports and maintain CRM records. Be the key liaison between the Partners, Clients and the funds administration team. Operation Oversee the day-to-day administration of managed funds, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting. Ensure all fund-related transactions, including unit pricing, distributions, and settlements, are accurately processed. Review processes in conjunction with the business to ensure ongoing process improvement. Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Fund Accountants and Administrators. Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional development. Promote continuous learning and best practices within the team. Allocate resources to ensure appropriate training and back-up redundancies are considered. Conduct regular Performance Reviews. Accounting Handle registry and pricing queries. Prepare and maintain accounting records and management reports for Managed Investment Schemes, including end-of-month (EOM) reporting. Price funds according to defined processes and compliance requirements. Identify and resolve errors in accordance with procedural guidelines. Troubleshoot system and data integration issues. Prepare tax summaries for distributions. Qualifications and Experience 3+ years demonstrated experience managing successful client relationships. Experience managing a team. Previous experience in funds management, asset management, or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar discipline. Broad understanding of financial markets, including different asset types/classes, trading processes, systems. Proficiency using the following software: Excel, MYOB. Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or experience in financial reconciliations. Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards. Demonstrated understanding of financial risk relative to the management of funds. The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations, funding bodies, and government agencies. Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills with an ability to think laterally and use initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
