About the Role As a GELSwim Customer Experience Officer, your responsibilities will include conducting class assessments, promoting swim school memberships, facilitating new enrolments, addressing customer inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and conducting swim lessons when necessary. Successful candidates will have: Experience in the delivery of high quality customer service. Experience in working with children in a learning environment. Well developed communication skills, with the confidence and ability to convey instructions to staff and information to patrons. Sound negotiation skills and the ability to diplomatically handle conflict both from staff and customers. Current Austswim Certificate of Swimming and Water Safety OR Swim Australia Teacher (SAT) OR LSV Swimming and Water Safety. First Aid certificate with up to date CPR (or willing to obtain prior to employment). Important Information Progressed candidates must undergo pre-employment screening as a standard procedure which will include: Employee Working with Children Check. New National Police Record Check.
