Overview: Hybrid role with the flexibility to work between home and the RMIT City Campus HEW 5 + 11.5% Superannuation Immediate Start The School of Global and Societal Studies (GUSS) is seeking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Admin Officer. The position will assist supporting student enquiries as well as a range of administrative duties, including: data management, submitting WIL agreements, placement schedules and issuing communications. Role may include: Maintain WIL data using software such as Smartsheet and Inplace Prepare written communication and advice Actively participate in School’s continuous improvement processes Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders Providing support to the broader WIL team, and associated academic team About You: Great communication skills Outstanding attention to detail and data management skills Proficiency across Microsoft Office Well-developed problem solving skills Knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector Ability to manage own time and meet deadlines Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
