You would assist the Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take charge of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a team of gaming staff to offer extraordinary customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment for all team members. Fulfill a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays. RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain). Leadership experience is preferred, but is not a mandatory requirement.
