About the Role We are looking for highly skilled Security Officers with experience in gatehouse logistics/data entry to manage access into our client's facilities while observing and reporting on all Security, Transport, and Property related matters. Security officers at these locations need to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service. This position is available in Kewdale & Hazelmere (Perth, Western Australia). We encourage Officers who have worked in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments to apply. Key Tasks Provide a security service in line with the site SOPs and client's requirements to protect the client’s employees, property, and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service demonstrating Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness . Conduct site patrols, access control, and respond to incidents. Greet visitors and employees, issue keys/cards to authorized contractors, and monitor their activities for safety and compliance. Protection of people and property. Report writing and use of Microsoft applications, including advanced use of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Monitor and use CCTV applications, Emergency Management, and Fire Systems. About 90% of the role involves data entry (computer proficiency is essential). Must have a valid WA Security License. Current First Aid & CPR certification. Valid Driver's License & Car. Excellent communication skills, punctual and reliable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Be proactive, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
