We're looking for a Gatehouse Security Officer at one of the clients' locations in Laverton. The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment. Duties include Compiling and writing detailed Incident Reports Ability to build good relationships with staff and key stakeholders Site access control Greeting visitors and employees, issuing induction cards to authorized contractors and monitoring their activities for safety and compliance. Gating in/out vehicles and deliveries. Monitoring and operation of CCTV & Access systems. Skills and Qualifications Current VIC Security License Valid First Aid Certificate & CPR Current Police Check no older than three months Valid Driver's License Reliable Transport Ability to build good relationships with our client and key stakeholders Previous experience in Gatehouse operations is highly regarded Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay alert and focused during shifts Good judgment and decision-making skills Ability to handle emergency situations calmly Benefits and Perks M.A. Services Group has a very generous remuneration package.
