The Business This privately-owned financial advisory firm has successfully established a large base of national client groups and is currently experiencing rapid growth. Their mission is to leverage their leading Digital Scaled Financial Advice services to make the cost of financial advice affordable to every working Australian.The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity to showcase both your technical skills and customer service skills, making a significant impact across the team. The business is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser who has had previous experience with Advice and Client Service. You need an excellent understanding of the advice process and therefore, this could be an excellent role for one of the many advisers that have recently left the industry! Furthermore, there is WFH flexibility and the opportunity for Part-Time or Full-Time work. Work alongside a tight-knit, passionate team and join the transformation of Financial Advice into the digital space.The Role Meet with clients via an online platform to discuss their financial situation - generally around 1 issue – note, this is general advice only. Answer all client queries, be the first point of contact and provide information about the range of services. Assist with the implementation of recommended strategies. Liaise with clients and follow up with institutions to provide all requested information. Direct and navigate client referrals to ensure they are qualified and going to the right advice channel i.e., digital scaled advice, external referral partners or comprehensive advice. Assistance in managing client communications and non-advice client engagement. The Person We would love to see applications from enthusiastic and professional individuals:Have at least 3 years previous experience in the Financial Planning industry - we are keen to hear from intra fund advisers too! That may have been an adviser but perhaps have left the industry and still wishes to utilise their skills. Confident, engaging and warm personality – genuinely enjoy working with clients. Experience with Xplan software is advantageous. Impeccable communication skills – in all forums. Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
