Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health Social Science, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in operational management and service delivery within aged care or healthcare. Operational and Compliance Expertise: Extensive experience in change management, quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and the successful implementation of best practices in aged care or healthcare settings.
