These are pivotal roles where you will provide both strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of Community Mental Health services, ensuring they are contemporary, safe, and above all, consumer and family centred. In your role as a General Manager, you'll be empowered to shape the future of Mental Health care with a focus on strategic oversight, budget management, and performance development. We are seeking leaders with strong people management, conflict resolution, and team-building skills, someone who can create and sustain a positive, high-performing culture within the team and is committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance environment within this role. About you The successful candidates will have: Current practicing registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist or a Social Work degree with eligibility for membership of the AASW. Proven experience in senior management and the provision of high-level leadership with the ability to develop team performance and coach/mentor senior health professionals. Experience managing teams, budgets, performance development and working to achieve Key Performance Indicators. Experience in successfully managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and forging effective partnerships across all areas of the health sector.
